These movements are more than 2500 years old.

Important points that you need to know to perform the exercises:
1. If you are overweight, do not do exercises 4 and 5 until you are ready.
2. If you have little activity and are overweight or sick, do the first three exercises only once every day in the first week. Continue until you are comfortable and then add the rest of the exercises.
3. It is very important to have a diet without sugar and fat. Avoid slow-digesting foods.
4. The number of each exercise is 21 rounds, and if you want to improve your program, increase the speed of the exercise, but the number should not be more than 21.
5. The speed of increasing the number of exercises and any kind of haste will cause serious damage to your chakras and mind.
6. In the first two weeks, do all the exercises only once, and in the third week, do each exercise twice.
You can increase the speed and number of exercises only if you have enough preparation and do not get hurt.
7. To be more effective, it is better to do it in the morning before breakfast.
8. The effect of exercises shows itself when they are done every day. If it is otherwise, the effects will be significantly reduced.
9. If you have little time in a day, you can reduce the number of exercises to spend less time, but do not eliminate the exercise.
10. People with high blood pressure and overactive thyroid should always do all the exercises in small numbers.
11. If you are taking medication that causes confusion, you should not do these five movements.
12. If you haven’t detoxed before, you may have accumulated a lot of toxins in your body. Doing these 5 movements will help detoxify your body more.
Number of movements
Do only one round of each movement (except the first) for the first two weeks, and then add one to each movement each week after that.
Movement 1- rotation
This movement balances and harmonizes the hemispheres of the brain and affects all the chakras and awakens them.
Stand and hold the hands in the shape of a cross (along the shoulder line), slowly turn from right to left. Turn around until you get dizzy.
Movement 2- lifting the legs
Doing this movement is effective on the solar plexus.
Lie on your back, place your hands by your side with your fingers clasped together. Lift your head and look at your navel (tuck your chin to your chest).
Then raise the legs as high as you can with straight knees. Inhale as you raise your legs and exhale as you lower them.
Movement 3 – Camel pose
Doing this movement makes you feel alive and cheerful. It affects the heart chakra and solar plexus.
Stand with your upper body completely straight on your knees, hands on both sides of your body on your hips. First, bring the chin a little closer to the chest. Toes should be on the ground.
Lean back slowly, but go back until the feet are on the floor and the thigh is perpendicular to the floor.
If you can, eventually turn your head back. Go back with the inhale and return to the starting position with the exhale.
Movement 4 – table mode
The effect of performing this movement is on the lower limbs and strengthens the legs. Sit with a straight spine
Bend your hands next to your hips, head slightly forward, pull your chest up completely, and then by bending your knees and pressing on your hips, pull your body up to look like a table, and your hands and feet perform the role of table legs. (be perpendicular to the ground).
If you can, slowly drop the head back. Lift the pelvis off the floor with an inhale, lower the pelvis with an exhale.
Movement 5- Upward dog and downward dog
These movements are very powerful and bring vitality. Lie on your stomach.
Place your hands next to your chest.
The toes are perpendicular to the ground. Together with the tail, lift both hands and body off the ground by straightening the elbows
Be sure to lift all the legs off the ground and pull the head out and back at the same time.
Then put the head in its natural place and raise the body and bend the hips from the hip joint to form a figure eight.
Try to bring the chin close to the chest and the heels close to the ground. Along with exhalation, the pelvis is raised and the head is placed down.
